Gee! Expert liao...
Happy CNY!
Hi. You add on the pineapple paste to the crust. How long does it take to bake...
Baking time takes around 10 minutes will do or until cookies start to turn brown.
Hi, I love your recipe!! Tried baking and it turned out fanstatic. I need your advise, I wanted the crust to melts in mouth the moment i pop 1 in but the first bite it's a little crisp than it melted. Is this the right texture?
hi,
It has been quite some time i baked this.
I think the texture should be a little melt in mouth. Or should say as "soft" Not so much on crust.
When u make the pastry, the dough should soft enough to mould into shape.
you never indicate how long to bake it and the temp to bake it ? thks ! tis will be my first try to make pineapple tarts..hope it will turn out great tho..and the pineapple filling is the instant one is it ?
Hi,
I'm using temp 175 C, for about 10 min.
The filling I used instant :D
Regards
Simonne
