Brown Sugar Brownies






recipe from Oven Haven which adapted from
Sue Lawrence's Book of Baking

350g dark chocolate
200g butter

75g brown sugar
75g sugar
(reduce from 200g dark muscovado sugar)

3 eggs
70g flour
1tsp baking powder

Method
1. Melt chocolate and butter in double boiler
2. With Whisk in sugar and egg for 3 minutes (or until thicken)
3. Whisk in flour and baking powder
4. Baked at preheated 170C for 30 min
