Note
Cake is very light and fluffy, I should have use a higher cupcake mould next time.
Welcome to my baking diary. I love to bake.My only training is the countless books on baking and blog. I'm armed with, my hand mixer and the support of my family & friends, who eat all the successes and failures with a smile.

Please scroll down for photos. You might be able to recognize it when you chance upon it in the malls.
I like it because of the size (which is generally bigger than other tabletop ovens). If I'm not wrong, at the time of my purchase, it was the biggest tabletop oven available.
I also like it that the fan is at the back and not at the side which helps in even better heat distribution. And it has a light (which my fuse has blown some time back, have yet to get it changed).
I'm not sure it is the same as sold in crystal jade. But it taste like "Gai Dan Gou" I should have bake it in taller paper cup or uses chiffon pan next time
Thanks for ur prompt reply on the oven.
My local store only carry 2 model (if not mistaken) I hope to get the bigger one hehe...soon
