Onion Bread

After my first bread baking session (Potato Bread).Not quite satisfy with the result. I try again.
This time i got the recipe from "Bread MAgic by Y3K written by Allan Ooi"
I would say this is a good source of book for beginner like me. It should step by steo how to knead a bread !

Kneading wasn't that bad.. I can day dream.. let my mind wonder and my hand do some punching... Just like those old times .. playing "plaster sin"
Will try again.
