Pumpkin Cake




Notes
  1. I bake using 8" round pan and got extra i makes 6 muffin
  2. I personally find that the cake is rather oily. I am not sure whether this is due to the butter or egg.Will reduce the butter and the egg next time.The texture of the cake is very soft and yet you can taste some pumpkin fibre inside (due to the pumpkin puree). Very nice aroma and natural coluring to the cake.
