White Chocolate Lemon Cake

I had so many cooking books ( or rather baking books). I bought another 2 yesterday at MPH.
1)AWW - Caked biscuis and slices
2)AWW- Wickedly Dessert

My first purchase of AWW cookbook after hearing good raves from a friend. It was a good purchase with "triple tested recipe" as claimed by AWW (Australian Women's Weekly) With easy to follow instruction and uncomplicated ingredients. I just can't decide what to bake and finally tried one of their recipe this morning " White Chocolate Lemon Cake"

What you need
[A]
150g butter
2 tsp lemon grind
2 tsp lime grind
180g white chocolate
270g sugar (original recipe 330g)
180ml milk

[B]
225g plain flour
75g self raising flour
2 eggs (lightly beaten)

What to do :
  1. Preheat oven 150 °C ,grease 20cm round pan
  2. Melt [A] until smooth
  3. Stir in sifted flour and eggs
  4. Bake for 1 hour 40 minutes ( yes bake that long). If cakes turn to brown before the cooking time, cover the cake surface with aluminium foil to prevent browning.
