Cornflakes Cookies
Ingredients
120g butter
80g icing sugar
1 egg yolk
1 tsp vanilla
120g flour
30g corn flour
30g milk
30g raisins
100g cornflakes
some almond flakes
Bake at 170C for 20-25 minutesNotes :
- I am using honey cornflakes, resuly in a chewy cornflake cookies, should try and switch to normal cornflake next baking.
- I added some almond flakes (untoasted), should toast the almond flakes first before baking
