English Cottage Bread






Makes 1 medium loaf
Ingredients:
320g bread flour
80g all purpose flour
35g castor sugar
1.5 tsp salt
2 tbsp milk powder
3 tsp instant yeast
1 medium egg
200ml water
70g butter, softened

Topping:
Butter
Granulated sugar
