Chocolate Cupcakes

After Chocolate Top


Recipe
(original recipe from "Tiramisu" Tempt: Cupcakes to Excite by Betty Saw)
[A]
2 Eggs
60g sugar

[B]
45g Flour
1 tsp baking powder
15g cocoa powder

[C]
22ml Oil

Method:
-Beat [A]until thick and creamy
-Fold in [B]
-Stir in [C]
-Bake at 175 C for 15-20 minutes

Topping
I use melted chocolate and pour on cooled cupcakes

Note :
-The texture of teh cake very soft and moist
-Not suitable for filling / blueberry jam as the cake is super soft and light. Will cause filling sinked at bottom
-If you want, you can sprinkle choc top, but do it tenderly.

Hi,

I am interested in making this recipe but need to confirm with you that the flour is 45g only and not 145g? Sorry, but 45g is quite little to me.

Yes the flour is confirm 45g. No typing error here. A very nice cake. Pls try out and see if you like it.
