Root Beer Cupcakes
recipe adapted from Cupcakes Galore by Gail Wagman
The cake texture is soft ( i use cake flour) but the taste is so so only.. not much of root beer taste. The root beer kind of gives the cake good brown colour.
The batter is very runny. I think i will use 2 egg next time and omit the 1/3 milk
