Madelines

It was J Card Day yesterday at megamall. I got myself Silicone Baking mold. Yeap Madelines mold as well. My search for Madeline mold finally ends.

Recipe :
110g flour
1 tsp Baking powder
100g sugar
80g melted butter
2 eggs

Method
1. Beat eggs and sugar until plae and thick
2. Add flour gradually
3. Stir in melted butter
4. Chill in fridge for 20 minutes
5. Bake at 180 for 20 minutes

Note :
You can can 1 Tbs lemon grind.
