Pandan Cupcakes


Pandan Cupcakes
Make another attempt n baking Pandan Cupcakes. This time added yogurt into the batter which gives moisture to the cake. The cake raise flat without crack on top. Recipe obtained from Our Family Fav Recipe

Recipe :
165 g cups all-purpose flour (spooned and leveled)
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
113g unsalted butter, room temperature
110g sugar
2 large eggs
1/2 cup(125ml) plain yoghurt
1/4 cup homemade pandan flavour *green food color


Pandan Cupcakes
This is another pandan variation without using the yogurt. Thus results as "green green" pandan cupcakes
