Katherine Hepburn Brownies

Finally tried out one of her recipe "Baking From My Home to Yours by Dorie Greenspan"

Verdict
Unlike normal brownies i bought outside which usually taste more like a cake than a brownies. This one's is absolutely a must bake brownies
The brownies is very chocolaty, perfect with a cup of hot tea

Changes I made
I use cashew nuts
I replace espresso/coffee powder with kahlua. Coz run out of Nescafe :P Result in slight heaty brownies
