Vegan Hazelnut Cupcakes





What you need
1 cup plus 2 Tbs flour
1/3 cup ground hazelnut
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2/3 cup soy milk
1 Tbs ground flaxseed
1/3 cup oil
1/4 cup golden syrup
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla

Direction :
- Mix in all liquid ingredients for 2 minutes. It may sound useless, but very important!
- Fold in flour
-Bake at 170 Celsius for 20 minutes
