The texture of the cookies is crunchy (thanks to the almond meal) , easy bite , and yo will just ask for more. I bake them last night and kept them in an air tight jar. This morning, i found the cookies left 1/3 from the jar.
The original recipe call for "hazelnut meal" and rasberry jam. But i use almond meal and marmalade.
This time I bake them into small ball ( just like traditional peanut cookies) without poking a hole in the cookie.
Or you can can decorate them with melted chocolate "London Almond Cookies"
