Nutella Frosting

(recipe adapted from "Cinnamon Sugar Puff Cupcakes from Cupcakes! by Elinor Klivans")

150g Flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
85g butter
80g sugar
1 eggs
125ml milk
some nutella
1/2 cup chopped dried apricot

Beat butter and suagr until light and fluffy
Add in egg
Add in 1/2 of flour, alternate with milk and remaining flour
Fold in dried apricot
Spoon batter into cupcakes
Drop a teaspoonful of Nutella on the cake batter and swirl with toothpick
Bake at 175 C for 20 min


This cake taste really good !
