Peanut Cookies

Peanut Cookies

Original recipe is from Alex Goh's Baking Series. I modified as follows :

[A]
160g Icing Sugar (reduced)
300g Peanut (blended)
180g Cake Flour
60g Plain Flour
1 Tbs Milk powder
1 tsp Baking powder

[B]
240ml Peanut Oil

Mix everything in [A] ,gradually add in oil until the cookies batter is able to roll into small ball.

The amount of oil depends on the quality of peanut. If using fried peanut, less oil required .I'm using roasted peanut
