Durian Steam Cake



[A]
100g durian flesh
200g water

[B]
150g self raising flour
30g rice flour
2 tsp double action bakign powder
100g sugar (original recipe call for 150g)
1tsp custard powder

Method
Mix [A] in blender for 2 minutes
Gently fold in [B], use whisk for a quick stir to combine (about 3 strokes)
Steam at high heat for 15 minutes


Note
Gosh! I used the wrong flour "glutinous rice flour" instead of "rice flour" and they are not the same. So end up with sticky cupcake. Overall taste is okay. Will try again with rice flour
