recipe modified from HK author cookbook "Chan Wai"
1 Tbs Oyster Sauce
1 Tbs Hoisin Sauce
6 Tbs Sugar
1 Tbs Salt
1 tsp Five Spice Powder
1 Tbs Rice Wine
Marinade for 1 hour or more
Bake at 250C 10 min, turn bake for 10 min
Reduce oven to 200C bake for 10 min, turn bake another 10 min.
Glaze with Honey, bake for 5min
