Hazelnut Cookies

recipe adapted from What's For Dessert Today

I like my coffee with hazelnut powder, but hazelnut in cookies hmm... taste okay lah, kinda of refreshing aroma , rice burn ? Anyway give it try see you like it or not.



180g Superfine Flour
80g Icing Sugar
80g Ground Hazelnut
1 Tbs Baking POwder
1 Tbs Bakign Soda
150ml Peanut Oil

Mix all dry ingredients.
Gradually add in oil, until form dough
Roll into ball , wash with egg yolk and bake at preheated oven at 175C for 10 min
