Pandan Layer

Finally got this "close", still need practice to get the pandan custard cook at the right consistency. It should not be too liquid nor too thick. recipe from Jo Deli

My pandan custard is extremely sweet. Could it due to the coconut milk i used ? (uses M&S brand)

If your custard is extremely sweet, just cut down on the sugar next time.
Coconut milk is very very mildly sweet, even packet ones.
