Pork Chop

making Pork Chop ~ the Chinese way
recipe from Confinement Recipes






Ingredients
600g Pork Chop
slice ginger

Marinade
2 Tbs Abalone Sauce
2 Tbs Light Soya Sauce
2 Tbs of rice wine
Dash of pepper
Dash of sugar
Dash of salt

Sauce
2 Tbs Abalone Sauce
2 Tbs Light Soya Sauce
2 Tbs of rice wine
cornflour water

Method
1.Marinade for 1 hour
2.Coat the pork with cornflour, then pan fried at medium heat for 2 minutes, then turn to low heat until cook.
3.Remove the pork from pan. Cook the sauce until thicken and pour on the pork.
