Chewy Brownies






recipe from Eating,Etc

115g butter
120g bittersweet chocolate

3/4 cup sugar
1tsp vanilla

2 eggs (slight beaten)

110g flour
2 Tbs Cocoa Powder

Method
1. Melt butter and chocolate
2. Stir in sugar until dissolve/ melt
3. Add in vanilla and eggs
4. Whisk in flour until marble dissapear
5. Bake at preheated oven 175 C for 20-25 min.





Note:
I uses 8" pan
It is better to underbaked than overbaked the brownies
This version result in more thick, little chewy brownies
