Baked Brownies







My sis specially request for crust top brownies, so my search continues.



recipe from  Baked: New Frontiers In Baking (Matt Lewis and Renato Poliafito)
I halves it to 2 eggs recipe for my 8" pan

130g Chocolate
90g Butter

100g sugar
60g brown sugar

2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla

55g flour
1 Tbs cocoa powder


Method
Melt chocolate and butter in double boiler
Whisk in both sugar
Whisk in eggs until just combined, do not over beat
Fold in flour and baking powder
Bake at preheated 170C for 25 min


Note:
I'm so happy the crust top form in this brownies. 
The brownies is very soft (melt in your mouth)
