Banana Sponge Cake





recipe from Mimosa's Diary

[A]
200g mash banana
3 eggs
100g sugar

150 g plain flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp bicarbonate of soda
100 ml melted butter / canola oil (i uses melted butter)



Method
  1. Beat [A] for 5 minutes until thick (ribbon stage)
  2. Add in flour, baking soda, baking powder
  3. Stir in melted butter / oil
  4. Bake at preheated oven 160 C for 40 minutes
