Cappuccino Fudge Cheesecake










recipe from Smitten Kitchen
(I modify a little on the liquor as I do not have rum and enough Kahlua)

Crust
180-200g Oreo cookies crumb
5 Tbs melted butter

Ganache
1 1/2 cup whipping cream
500g Chocolate
1/4 cup kahlua / other coffee liquor (I uses Kahlua + Bailey's)

Cheese Filling
750g cream cheese
1 cup sugar
1 1/2 Tbs flour
3 Tbs coffee powder
2 Tbs Bailey's
3 eggs

Topping
(I skip this part, i do have sour cream)

1 1/2 cups sour cream
1/3 cup sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract Espresso coffee beans (optional)
