Orange Butter Cake

recipe from Sudden Cook

230g butter (try using the best butter eg golden churn / scs brand)
220g sugar (reduced from 350g)
2 Tbs Orange Grind
4 eggs
225g self-raising flour
180ml orange juice

Method
  1. Beat the butter until soft .
  2. Add in the orange grind and sugar, continue beat until light n fluffy (about 3 minutes)
  3. Add in egg one at a time. Beat 1 minute each addition
  4. Add in 1/3 flour alternate with orange juice
  5. Bake at preheated 160C for 1 hour

Note
This butter cake is very nice. The only mistake i did was i uses "egg seperated" method. I misread the instruction!

Thanks for dropping by.
Somehow my family member comment the cake a little "oily" perhaps i should try reduce the butter or maybe it could be the mixing mistake
