Ma Lai Ko 马来糕
Finally tried out two similar recipe. Both uses coconut milk and palm sugar QQ Love and BBO's Ma Lai Ko. I prefer BBO's as it yield soft and tender crumbs
Note : I steamed the Ma Lai Ko in 8" round pan at high for 20-25 minutes
