Macau Egg Tart

This is super easy to make egg tart, which uses ready made pastry puff,available at major suoermarket. SImply thaw the pastry puff at room teperature. Roll , shape and bake ^___^






recipe modified from Chinese Desserts by Winnie

3 eggs
2 tsp custard powder

70g sugar
150ml boilling water

60ml (4 Tbs) evaporated milk

Method
1. Preheat Oven 220C
2. Whisk egg with custard powder
3. Stir sugar with boilling water until sugar dissolved
4. Add everything and whisk together.
5. Sieve and pour egg mixture into egg tart mould
6. Bake at 120 C for 15-20 minutes
