Oven Roast Chicken Drumstick II


After the successful attempt in roasting  drumstick a few months ago, I'm back to roast again, even tastier now ^__^ This time I omit the lemon juice as my DH dun like the sour taste in his chicken (bleh)

Oven Roast Drumstick II
(recipe for 6 large drumstick)

Preparation
*deboned the drumstick to speed up cooking time
*tenderized the chicken (meat) with meat tenderizer 

Marinade
3 Tbs Oyster sauce
1.5 Tbs olive oil
1 Tbs Sugar
3 tsp salt
1 Tbs ground black pepper
1 inch ginger juice

Process in blender
1 clove garlic
5-6 pcs small red onion


Method
  1. Mix everything n marinate at least 4 hour. Chill in fridge until ready to use.
  2. Preheat oven at 175C
  3. Roast in midldle rack (oven top down mode) for 40 min
  4. Continue roast in middle rack (top mode / char mode) for 10 min

Note :
*Lay the roasting pan with alluminium foil
*You may wanna add some potatoes and carrot on the roasting pan, then the chicken on top
*Roast with the skin on top
About 5 min roasting, remove the chicken to collect the juice and mix some dark soya sauce
*Brush the juice and soya sauce mixture on the chicken
