Classic Chocolate Chips Cookies

Classic Choc Chips Cookies  by Yvonne Ruperti 170g butter 140 brown sugar 30 white sugar 1 egg  280 All Purpose Flour 3/4 tsp baking soda 1/4 tsp baking powder  Method 1. Melt the butter, let it cool down. 2. Stir in both sugar, egg. Fold in flour (sifted) and choc chips 3. Shape dough into ball and press down 4. Bake at 160C (fan forced) / 175C (non fan)for 15 min

 

Note 

this is chewy cookies. Crispy at the edges and chewy in the centre.
