Butter Cake with Yogurt and Raisin

(Recipe from "Creative Making of Cakes by Alex Goh - Recipe Yogurt Apple Cake" I modified a bit)

Recipe :

200g butter
50g margerine
200g sugar
5 eggs
120ml yogurt
315 g flour
1 tsp baking powder
50g raisins

Method
1.Cream butter, margarine and sugar with mixer for about 2 minute
2.Add in egg, one at a time and continue beating the batter
3.Fold in yogurt alternate with flour. Start and end with flour
4.Fold in raisin
5. Bake at preheated oven for 40 min or until cook through (170 C)


Notes : This cake is very nice to eat..aroma is really good. Must be the butter ....

I'm using 8" round pan / 20cm round pan
