Grand Marnier Raisins Cupcakes
Modified from "500 Cupcakes" - basic cupcakes
[A]
100g butter
80g sugar
[B]
2 eggs
[C]
100g self raising flour
[D]
1/2 cup raisins (soaked in Grand Marnier or any rum or evern orange juice- for 1 hour)
Method
1. Beat butter and sugar until light
2. Add in eggs one at a time and continue beating until creamy
3. Fols in flour
4. Fold in raisins (drain)
5. Bake at 170 C for 20 min
Notes :
This cupcakes is super moist and fluffy. Taste really great!
