Marmite Chicken



Marinade :
1tsp soya sauce
salt and pepper

Sauce
2 Tbs Honey
1 Tbs Marmite

Method
1. Marinate the chicken for 1 hour
2. Coat the chicken well with cornflour
3. Dry at low heat, when chicken almost cook, turn into high heat ( to remove oil)
4. Remove chicken from pan and pat dry with towel.
5. Leave a Tbs of oil in pan, pour sauce and cook at low heat until bubbles.
6. Add in chicken and continue cooking until sauce become thick and little.

Jen,
the honey is "Capilano" , Australian brand~ can be found at major supermarket eg Jusco so on.
