Notes
- I did a mistake here by dropping 1 Tbs instead of 3 Tbs
- My cake is not soft and fluffy, i wonder did i beat it to the right consistency

My question, regading your zebra cake is, you mentioned scooping 3 T of plain batter into the cake pan, then topping it with 3 T of the chocolate batter..and then baking. 6T of batter for the whole cake? I'm assuming you mean a 'layering' process of 3 T of each batter at a time, and then a swirl through it with a skewer or knife to get that marbled effect?
Sorry if my instruction is not clear. Yes suppose to layer 3 T plain batter follow by 3 T chocolate batter and repeat until all batter finish.
But for the above cake, i did a mistake of layering 1 T instead of 3 T
You do not need a skewer or knife to get that marbled effect.
Hope that helps

I made it using the 3 T drops (no swirling), and to be honest, I think it looks more gorgeous with your 1 T drops! I'm going to do it that way next time. That said..Your photos and baked goods are so beautiful and mouth watering :)
