Indonesian Cake
recipe modified from Romancing with Cakes.
5 egg yolks
2 whole eggs
100g sugar
100g flour
120g melted butter
Method
Beat [A] until light n fluffy
Fold in flour, fold in melted butter
Bake at preheated 170C for 20 min
Note
*Original recipe uses only egg yolks (no egg white)
*very high calories cake, i made this coz have leftover egg yolk (after making the unsuccessful soyabean milk cake which uses only egg whites)
*taste wise, very much like butter cake ~ a little oily to my liking
