Raisin Muffin

recipe adapted from a forumer (BunnyAngel ~ MB)

220g self raising flour
110g butter
110g sugar
2 eggs
125ml milk
a dash of vanilla extract


Cream butter and sugar.
Add in egg
Fold in flour and milk, follow by any fillings (choc chips, raisin, bluberries)
Put mixture into muffin cups till 2/3 full. Bake at 170 for 25-30min.

Actually i've been trying to make domed muffin lately. So i fill up the batter to the top. For this recipe, you can only fill up to 90% else, the batter overflow
